In a recent case, an informant submitted both a photo and a video, convinced that they had captured an otherworldly orb. Their concern? They feared they were the sole witness to this phenomenon and sought answers.

Decoding the Orb Phenomenon

The SEPI Agency has seen a growing trend from smartphone users, particularly iPhones, that have shown odd blurs and even out-of-place items, including people's faces and other such body parts.

The small orb seen in both the photo and video is not unique to iPhone users but is simply refraction from a very bright light source into the small lens of a camera. Although this is not something supernatural, it does cause some confusion and has been a subject to many online videos who have questioned what the phenomenon was.
