CE5 Contact Investigation: Suffolk, UK

On Saturday 3rd AUGUST 2024, the SEPI Agency conducted their second investigation into the CE5 Protocol, which Dr. Steven Greer has promoted for many years. On Saturday 3rd AUGUST 2024, the SEPI Agency conducted their second investigation into the CE5 Protocol, which Dr. Steven Greer has promoted for many years. The CE5 Protocol, developed by Dr. GREER and the Centre for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI), empowers individuals to initiate contact with extraterrestrial beings, advocating that the universe is a shared domain, not exclusive to any self-proclaimed elite, and thus should not rely solely on governmental entities for such engagements.

The SEPI Agency is examining the protocols established by CSETI and Dr. GREER to determine if there is any evidence supporting their effectiveness and feasibility.

This year, the event was held during the day between 10:00-18:00hrs to compare the data collected from their first investigation held during OCTOBER 2023. We hoped to see if we had different results.

Again, we followed the CE5 protocols as laid out by Dr. Steven GREER which are as follows:

  2. Begin group meditation

  3. Project peaceful intentions

  4. Share experiences & Watch the skies

  5. Continue awareness

The above protocols were repeated throughout the day, and we added a new mantra to the process, which was led by an experienced CE5 practitioner.
