This report came direct to us regarding an incident that occurred. Unfortunately, the informant never did provide an exact date or time, which makes investigations of this nature, more difficult to solve.

The Account

The eyewitness was washing their large window on the 18th floor when they spotted a bright, perfectly round metallic object darting across the horizon. The altitude? About where you'd expect to see a plane. But unlike a plane that would take minutes to cross that distance... this orb blazed through in just two seconds.

Here’s the original statement from the witness:

“I was washing my large window on the 18th floor in Syracuse, NY, when a very bright, round, metallic object at a distance, where I might see a plane once in a while, passed my entire horizon in roughly two seconds, which would take a plane several minutes. That's it....”

While the report lacks enough detail to launch a full investigation, it’s still significant. We've logged it in NABU:3, our para-investigations database, ensuring it's officially recorded for historical tracking and future analysis.
