The Declassified File Repostiary: The SEPI SCIF

We have a SCIF!

Built to ensure public access to government declassified files

SEPI Agency Secure Compartmented Information Facility

Why We Built the SEPI Public Archive

The SEPI Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) exists for a simple reason: to preserve public access to declassified government material before it can be altered, restricted, or removed from circulation.

Across the world, governments periodically release documents relating to unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), defence research, intelligence programmes, and other areas of public interest. These releases are often temporary, fragmented, or difficult for the public to locate. SEPI maintains a permanent, independent repository to ensure that once information enters the public domain, it remains accessible to everyone.

Our archive includes:

  • Declassified government UAP files from multiple nations

  • Historical intelligence and defence documents

  • Publicly available research on the paranormal and supernatural

  • Cultural and sociological material relating to well‑known conspiracies

We do not alter these files, interpret them, or present them as evidence of any specific claim. Our role is preservation, transparency, and accessibility.

A Free, Open Resource for the Public

The SCIF is completely free to access. There are no paywalls, no memberships, and no restrictions on browsing or downloading.

Information that has already been released to the public should remain available to the public. SEPI’s mission is to ensure that access cannot be quietly reversed at a later date.

Community Contributions

To strengthen the archive and protect against data loss, anyone may upload relevant public‑domain or publicly released files to the SCIF. All submissions are reviewed and monitored to maintain accuracy, legality, and integrity.

This collaborative approach ensures that the archive grows beyond any single organisation and becomes a shared public resource.
